During my time at SUSD, I took on the comprehensive role of project-managing the Category B fit-out of a 7,000-square-foot office studio for Pearlfisher, a prestigious creative and advertising agency, skillfully guiding the project through every stage from its initial conceptualization to its successful completion and handover. 

This multifaceted responsibility encompassed crafting a bespoke design that seamlessly aligned with their forward-thinking, post-COVID hybrid working model, ensuring the space fostered collaboration, flexibility, and employee well-being, while also procuring the building contract through a meticulous tendering process. 

Additionally, I appointed and coordinated a diverse team of consultants—including architects, engineers, and interior designers—fostering effective communication and alignment across all parties, oversaw the construction phase with a keen eye on timelines, quality control, and safety standards, and conducted thorough valuations to monitor costs, mitigate financial risks, and deliver the project within the agreed budget, ultimately providing Pearlfisher with a state-of-the-art workspace tailored to their unique operational and creative needs.
