While working at Nick Hancock Design Studio, we collaborated closely with RSHP (Rogers Stirk Harbour + Partners) to design a spacious family residence on a prestigious site in one of Singapore’s most exclusive residential neighborhoods. Initially, the project brief called for a cluster of buildings nestled within a garden setting, comprising the main family home, a swimming pool, and a modest guest house or pavilion. As the project progressed and the family’s needs grew, the guest house expanded into a substantial five-bedroom, 650 m² residence in its own right, complemented by the addition of a smaller third dwelling measuring 120 m². The three homes, linked by an outdoor lounge and pool area, are enveloped by lush, meticulously landscaped tropical gardens.
