While working at JRA, we were appointed as the Executive Architect for Cheyne Terrace, a new residential development in Chelsea, situated between King’s Road and Cheyne Walk. Designed by MSMR Architects, this prime Chelsea scheme features 26 luxury apartments with expansive roof terraces and balconies. The development also includes a gym, spa, swimming pool, car park, and 24-hour security and concierge services. The highly serviced apartments boast air-conditioning, underfloor heating, advanced lighting controls, and cutting-edge data and communications systems—all seamlessly integrated within minimal service voids.

I led the development and production of detailed design and construction documentation, overseeing the project from Construction Administration through to completion. As Lead Architect and detailer for executive areas, I focused on custom joinery, furniture, and the intricate detailing of the gym, spa, and swimming pool spaces.
