While working at SUSD, we were approached by Petchey Holdings to assist in developing an existing 9.49-acre industrial site, which includes the multi-let industrial estate (Britannia Estate) and a managed office building (Britannia House). SUSD took on the roles of Employer’s Agent and Architect, leading a multidisciplinary consultant team to explore residential development opportunities across the Britannia Estate. The proposed development included 1,311 residential units (a mix of one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments), a 3,000 sqm civic square designed to serve as a neighborhood hub for local residents, 4,587 sqm of community and commercial space, and 13,000 sqm of landscaped public, communal, and private amenity space.

As the Project Manager and Lead Architect, I was involved in all aspects of the development process, including creating the design brief and conducting financial and design appraisals.
